very good location, within 5 min walking distance to Shinjuku station which access Tokyo easily. Rooms as small which is Japan, no surprise there, but functional designed. Breakfast buffet is rather so so, however, for the price-value, the hotel is very good located

I liked the bathroom most of all, very modern and clean. One of the best bathrooms I have seen in Osaka. The room was also very nice and clean and facilities were great. However, the hotel is a bit far from the area as we had to transfer to 2 different train lines.

Very good location for city trip, cleannes and confort of the room was good, value for money, I really liked it . I read previous review, and my outlook worked perfectly in the room :-)

The location was perfect, right in the middle of all the action! The front desk staff were really nice too assist us. The bed provided a good night's sleep, essential after busy days out.

The room felt a bit dated and could use a deep clean.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the spacious room and the fantastic morning buffet that had so many tasty options! There were great relaxation spots like the cozy lounge and a lovely rooftop terrace to unwind. The only minor hitch was that we had to ask for extra towels a few times since they sometimes forgot, but it didn’t overshadow our experience. 😄
